Bandra’s old sweetheart gets a makeover.

“There is sophistication in simplicity” that defines the new and revamped Out of the Blue, now an All Day Bistro co-owned and helmed by Chef Conrad D’souza. A stalwart best known for his eclectic desserts, been whipping up exquisite delicacies since 17 years almost.

The outside Al-fresco has a more relaxed vibe with statement pieces like mirrors from Good Ole Bombay, patio furniture and exotic plants. Whilst the interiors are more warm in terms of lighting, giving away a more Mediterranean art-deco vibe with a lot of blue and suede.

Out of the Blue’s renaissance focuses mainly on modern European and Mediterranean cuisine with hints from Asia and India.

Out of the Blue’s fresh version is more bistro than fine-dine. It’s  fun, relaxed and comforting also carrying forward the same promise it was built on.
